The site comprises of a former quarry site that now has planning consent for leisure use. Considerable Infrastructure work have been undertaken including the formation of roadways connecting the principal parts of the site and the creation of a water feather to the north of the site. In addition, development of facilities and accommodation necessary to develop a holiday park has commenced.
