Details
The site is set on an incline running south to north and
currently unused with some trees, shrubs and bushes
present on the site. The site fronts a private Council
owned access road, serving the ALC and Dearne
Leisure Centre. The southern part of site was previously
host to the Dearne High School which was demolished
several years ago therefore is part brownfield. The
northern part is an unused greenfield site that is located
at the end of Hall Street.
