Outline Planning Approval was granted by Cheshire East Council on 24 May 2017 under Application No: 16/2950N. The Outline Approval allows up to 16 dwellings with associated infrastructure. Whilst all matters are reserved, the access off the A51 has been defined through the existing vehicular access to the north west of North View.
