The site received planning permission on the 5 October 2018 for residential development of 46 dwellings and associated access road, parking and landscaping.
The scheme comprises of 10 x 2 bed dwellings, 12 x 3 bed dwellings and 12 x 4 bed dwellings. There is a requirement to provide affordable housing on site and it is expected that will come in the form of 12 x 2 bed apartments.
